Introduction post for Zoe....(also list)

I've been meaning to start this challenge for weeks now...but I'm a terrible procrastinator.  Anyway I got off my butt and started today and then I found this place.

*cue introduction*

I've loved drawing animals for as long as I can remember, but I only started drawing more seriously when I joined DeviantArt in 2004.  I was immediately caught up in the "ohmigod shiney wolf yay" fandom, so my official fursona is a wolf.  Unfortunately she never really represented me (she's a character in a story I've never written yet), so in the pursuit of something that did represent me I ended up with my dæmon Lutheus, who is a binturong.  Just as I was beginning to express my irritability at all of the multicoloured wolves of the furry fandom I found this list, which is awesome (thank you).

I also have no plans to make a living out of my art.  I want to be a vet, but did not quite get the marks to get into the course, so I'm taking a year off and trying to get around the system somehow at the end of the year.

My all time favourite animals are binturongs, bilbys, cuttlefish, tapirs and platypus.  Most of them are on the list :D

alaitallon - Introduction/list post

I wanted to go ahead and get started by putting in my introduction/list post! This will hopefully serve as a good example of the format we're looking for. :D You don't have to write a lot about yourself if you don't want to, just be sure to have your list!

I guess I could start by saying I've been into animal art ever since I was really little, but I haven't been posting online except for the past seven years or so. I got my start in the Lion King Fan Art Archive and have branched off into other art sites. I don't have any plans to be an artist as a career or anything (though I do sometimes take commissions), I actually want to go to school to be a marriage and family counselor. I'm almost done with my undergrad degree in psychology and only need to find a graduate school now!

My favorite animals are lions, crows, pangolins, and lobsters (which are one of the reasons why the last two ended up on this list!)
